Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prilana Pay ("the Service"), operated by Prilana ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prilana Pay is a non-custodial payment gateway built on the Solana blockchain that facilitates age-verified cryptocurrency payments for digital content. The Service includes a browser-based payment widget, age verification integration, and settlement infrastructure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Prilana Pay, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Age verification is performed through our third-party verification partner and is required before any transaction.

4. Non-Custodial Nature

Prilana Pay is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, store, or have access to your cryptocurrency or private keys. All transactions occur directly between buyer and merchant wallets on the Solana blockchain. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.

5. Fees

Prilana Pay charges a flat 3% transaction fee on each payment processed through the Service. This fee is deducted at the time of transaction. Additional network fees (Solana transaction fees) may apply and are paid by the buyer. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.

6. $PRLN Token

The $PRLN token is a Solana SPL token used within the Prilana Pay ecosystem. $PRLN is a utility token and is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument. We make no guarantees regarding the value, price, or liquidity of $PRLN. Purchase and use of $PRLN is at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Facilitate transactions involving illegal content or activities
• Circumvent age verification requirements
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prilana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — we cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transaction once confirmed on the Solana network.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
