No. Prilana Pay is fully non-custodial. We never hold, store, or have access to your cryptocurrency or private keys. Payments transfer directly from buyer wallet to merchant wallet in a single atomic Solana transaction.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. Refund policies are set by individual merchant sites. If you have a dispute, contact the merchant directly. This is also why there are zero chargebacks — transactions are final.

Your wallet is secured by your seed phrase / private key. Prilana Pay cannot recover lost wallets. Keep your seed phrase backed up securely. If you lose access, you'll need to create a new wallet and re-verify your age, since verification is tied to your wallet address.
