Privacy is core to our product — Prilana Pay is designed so that your purchases never appear on bank statements or credit card records.

• Age verification data (processed by our third-party verification partner — we store only a pass/fail credential, not your identity documents)
• Solana wallet address (public key only — we never have access to your private keys)

Information collected automatically:

• Transaction records on the Solana blockchain (public by nature of the blockchain)
• Basic analytics data (page views, referral source) via privacy-respecting analytics
• Device type and browser for compatibility purposes

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Bank account or credit card information
• Government-issued ID documents (handled entirely by our verification partner)
• Purchase history linking your identity to specific content
• Private keys or wallet seed phrases
• Browsing history on merchant sites

4. How We Use Information

• To process age verification credentials across the Prilana network
• To facilitate non-custodial payment transactions
• To send waitlist updates (only if you opted in)
• To improve the Service and fix technical issues
• To comply with applicable legal requirements

5. Age Verification

Age verification is performed by a third-party provider. When you verify your age, your identity documents are processed by our verification partner — Prilana Pay receives only a cryptographic credential confirming you are of legal age. We do not see, store, or have access to your identity documents, photos, or government ID numbers. The credential is stored in your Solana wallet and works across all Prilana-enabled sites.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Age verification partner: To process verification (they have their own privacy policy)
• Law enforcement: Only when required by valid legal process
• Service providers: Infrastructure partners who help operate the Service, bound by confidentiality

Merchant sites using Prilana Pay receive only confirmation of payment and age verification status — never your personal identity information.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data in our systems. However, as a non-custodial service, most sensitive data (funds, keys) remains under your control in your own wallet. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
